How long does delivery take?

We usually dispatch on the same working day for delivery within 48 hours (excludes weekends & bank holidays)

How much does delivery cost?

We ship products using Royal Mail Tracked 48 : £3.89 and free shipping on orders over £40

My order has not been delivered but the tracking states it has been delivered

Please contact us immediately quoting your order number and the first line of you address, we will take a deeper look and provide a replacement when necessary.

What Should I Do if My Order Hasn’t Arrived?

f your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check the tracking information provided in your dispatch email. If it’s still delayed, reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll help locate your package.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently, we primarily ship within the UK. However, we’re working to expand our shipping options to include international destinations soon. Please subscribe to our newsletter for updates on international availability.

Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing an Order?

If you need to update your shipping address, contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll do our best to update the address. Unfortunately, changes aren’t possible once the order has shipped.

What Happens If I’m Not Home When My Order Is Delivered?

Most of our products are letterbox-friendly, meaning they’ll fit through your letterbox without needing a signature. However, for orders of three or more products, we use a larger box that will require a signature upon delivery. If you’re not home, you can provide delivery instructions to Royal Mail once you receive your tracking number, allowing you to specify a safe place or arrange redelivery at a convenient time.
